PHILADELPHIA, PA (August 5, 2015) — Apple Leisure Group® subsidiary AMResorts® announces its family-friendly brand, Sunscape Resorts & Spas®, is coming to Puerto Vallarta this December. Sunscape Puerto Vallarta, the company’s 13th resort announced in 2015, will become AMResorts’ fourth property in the destination.

“The resort is owned by the brothers Javier Tapia Camou and Enrique Tapia Camou and will close on August 15, 2015, at which time extensive renovations will be undertaken to incorporate Sunscape Resorts & Spas’ brand standards. The resort’s guest accommodations, facilities and amenities will be enhanced to offer AMResorts’ signature Unlimited-Fun® vacation concept catering to families with connecting rooms and in-room children’s amenities, a limitless food and beverage program including six dining options and six bars, an Explorer’s Club for kids with dedicated facilities, daily entertainment, world-class spa facilities, and more. The resort will re-open its doors as Sunscape Puerto Vallarta by mid-December 2015, in time for the holiday travel season.
