I am excited to announce the addition of Lynn Torrent to the Apple Leisure Group executive team as Executive Vice-President of ALG and President of Distribution.
Lynn is joining us after spending most of her career in the cruise industry, where she last oversaw all commercial operations for Carnival Cruises. Prior to that role, she served as President for Costa Cruise Lines, North and Central America, and early in her career was the youngest CFO of all companies traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
Lynn will report directly to John Hutchinson and will take over all the responsibilities held previously by Peter Bowler. In addition, Lynn will have direct responsibility for our corporate Human Resources Department. In this role, Lynn will have primary responsibility for the integration planning process with Mark Travel.
Lynn and her husband will be relocating to Newtown Square, PA, from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and will begin in her new role immediately. I encourage you to reach out to her, welcome her to the team, and let her know how great the weather is in Newtown Square.
