Apple Leisure Group debuts AMResorts’ first Secrets-branded property in Europe
Company enters the island of Mallorca with Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa
NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pennsylvania (May 15, 2019) – AMResorts®, an Apple Leisure Group® (ALG) related brand, and Hesperia Hotels & Resorts today announced the opening of Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa in Spain. Located in the town of Peguera in the island of Mallorca, the resort is the first Secrets® Resorts & Spas to debut in Europe and the latest milestone in the company’s ongoing European expansion. The property is currently owned and operated under Hesperia Hotels & Resorts, one of the leading hotel groups in Spain.

As part of its $3.5-million renovation, Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa will offer guests 162 totally refreshed rooms and suites with stunning views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, with select suites featuring direct access to a new, exclusive swim-up pool. Guests can also enjoy the addition of two sunrooms, including one reserved for Preferred Club guests.
The romantic, adults-only resort will also feature Secrets Resorts & Spa’s signature Unlimited-Experience® vacation concept, including reservation-free dining options at four gourment resturants, five bars with an unlimited selection of top-shelf spirits and a daily refreshed minibar. Guests will also have access to a wide variety of on-site amenities including a heated outdoor pool overlooking the shores of the Mediterranean, a fitness center and an array of activities and entertainment options, including live muscial performances and themed parties.
